You know, I get abuse here. Complaint after Complaint.....I take all the abuse for my beloved ACCR....................Yesterday, I made a good choice to start offering my Settlement.....I don't want any more money from them. The deal stands, and I am so sorry Mr. XU.....it was a matter of principle with me....about 4/8.....when I found out about the Corporate Dilution......but today, on 6/26/2021....I am OK with proper dilution.....for the RIGHT PURPOSE.....I promised the SEC NO DILUTION....ever during our INCUBATION....so I paid for all the ACCR survival fees from 2012 to Present. The deal could be reveal. The BIG REVEAL....and our ACCR shell could pop to over $1 on announcement.

I signed over the SEC LOGIN CODES for ACCR yesterday....they may file now a FORM 10....as we all originally discussed. I'm prepared to also offer FINRA Company codes too.....Come on new FORM 211.....I feel it coming too. This is unsolicited....please FORM 211 filer.....I promise that the Corporartion is clean, and all I have for the Company is $34,000 in real bills to show the JUDGE. I expected $25k...and it came to $34K.....My mind had little "FINE MOTOR SKILLS" as I am so surrounded by all these problems.
