You should care about the verbiage. The numbers they threw out have ZERO possibility of being possible to attain, ever.

A few points.

Those numbers assume a high-grade gold mine, actually beyond bonanza. Illogical, and impossible.

The claims are inactive, and are for uranium.

The nearby Relief Canyon mine is a typical Nevada surface operation. Extremly low grades.
