This week was a reality check for us all. So many had the expectation as I did as well,
that we'd see at least .20 +, but now that we see the result, it's hard to accept. I saw
the news come out and I actually had walked away from my PC and went outside a bit, then
came in and what I saw baffled me until I read the news and realized GQG did not merge
at all into AVVH. Many had expectations that at least some of the revenue from GQG was
going into AVVH, but that didn't happen.
This chat is supposed to help everyone along this journey. I don't really see that happening
here. Not that I am an expert and everyone has a right to say freely what they feel or think,
but I think we'd be better off looking at what we know and to have each person share their best
sense, knowledge and keep everyone on a path moving forward that is solid.
I feel Miguel is someone that does good business for many years in fact. He runs GQG and has
done very well. My opinion for what it's worth is that investors have no reason not to support
this movement. The past actions for GQG and their reputation stand before us as a example of
real leadership. The quality of this man and this company don't suggest a lack of strength or
commitment. I am not selling my shares, and that is that. That is because I've done my DD.
Their strategy is simple. 1. Establish their own source of funding interest free. 2. Create
value for their shareholders (i.e reduction in OS) 3. Improve the speed at which they can
close mortgages. 4. Increase their reach to more home owners and other types of lending.
5. Increase their lending capacity to 1 billion yearly for example and greater.
I hope that some of the talk on this chat moves away from wasted talk, to something that promotes
what we all are here for, Gold Quest Capital. Investors are what we are and it's really important
that we all stand together and fight for the same thing, SUCCESS FOR EVERYONE including the company.
