Better yet they have all of the Preferred series A shares of WSRC so yes it’s one company now with WSRC being the sub of GBHPF. GBHPF also has other subs. Since they own more than 50% of WSRC they will have to file consolidated financials instead of combined which means the projected 3.2 Billion net income for WSRC will also be GBHPF’s financials in addition to that of their other subs. In other words. We’re going to the moon!
