I think 13d will file for a new slate of Directors next month with the immediate objective of dumping NP. I understand that they will propose a woman with 30 years of bio experience to replace him. I suppose it’s possible that some form of a plan might be announced about that time.

I’ve been following this stock and related affairs for some time. I currently have no financial interest in CYDY although at one time I did own about 150K shares @ 37 cents per but subsequently exited between $3 and $4.

Way back then Board members were complaining that NP had no skin in the game. I argued that there was no need for him to buy because he will eventually gift himself stock instead of paying for it. He proved me right.

The only members that I can recognize today are Misui and Grip - representing both sides of the coin. One common thread seems to be rooting - almost like spectators of a football game. Seems like the biggest risk to an investor, besides losing money, is the loss of objectivity and the need to affix blame to anyone and anything - even to the extent of attacking each other.

Personally, I hope the stock goes to $100 and you all become millionaires - or better. I’ll have no regrets - I bought Mederex at $8, sold it at $90 and watched it go to $200 which makes me immune to regrets.
