I have learned to take the emotion out of it and just do what makes sense. I can hold what I brought today a year with very little impact to the rest of my portfolio. But If I think it met my goal in profits, I might take them and move on. Each person should set their own goals of entry and exit. IMHO. Everyone's situation is different and one should not look down at another for exiting earlier than another. Because one does not know what the other's needs are.
I am happy to reenter into FNMA and FNMAT, hopefully this is the bottom of the fear dumping and if its not I am OK with it going lower. I might nibble more if it does. We will see how she flies as they say.
