Even the 8-k is riddled with inconsistency, and worse, what a raw deal. GHS gets shares at a discount. IMO, this will likely hurt the shareholders. Very disappointed in Zach on the whole.

I don't see any restriction period, which is very disappointing. Dilution looks to be incoming.
