I'm not saying it's happening yet, but it probably will start once they open up more shares. They didn't just add 6x the A/S to not use them. They will need to raise money for more testing and trials. Shelf offering at .05 means it won't move past there for awhile. Buyers will be able to get a discount under .05 for awhile. This is an extremely risky hold at this point.
