1.)

The company they are partnering with to supposedly build this hex project is an unknown entity.

It's likely the company in question required an NDA from OBTX. If it is indeed a valuable/profitable project, they probably wouldn't want any competitors trying to duplicate their efforts.

2.) re: Adams' experience as IT Director for Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Florida

Good not for profit company but not some tech behemoth that lends credibility in blockchain space.

When was the last time you controlled a budget of $100 million? He doesn't need to be a blockchain guru. He won't be doing the programming.

3.)

There are articles stating they worked with IBM to develop medical record tracking . If Mr Harrisbwas the inventor of this CDC blockchain they have gone to great lengths to keep him out of any public documents

I worked for IBM for 18 years. My efforts led to over $30 million in new revenue for the company. You didn't hear about me either. IBM didn't go to great lengths to hide that. They just don't make a practice of publicly touting their employees or subcontractors. Mr. Harris and his group probably did write the blockchain code under sub-contract to IBM. It's a common practice in the industry and at IBM. IBM typically does not use their own programmers on customer projects. They make their money as project managers (similar to a general contractor).
