(1/6) I spoke to OTC Markets today regarding the 6/30 confusion. Here’s what I was told:

- 6/30 is the deadline OTCM gave alternative reporting companies to apply for OTCIQ access to ensure they can be fully reporting by 9/28.
- 6/30 doesn’t apply to SEC reporting companies

So if CTDT hasn’t applied by 6/30 then they’re pretty much toast. Tick tock.

Anyone think Mrs Snaper will care if Chas drops the ball?
