Market cap was updated yesterday on the OTC to 111,598,920 with the 2,339,600,000 outstanding shares. If you divide the Market cap, by the outstanding shares, you get the current stock price, .047.

We know there will be a 2 bil share buyback which will leave outstanding shares at 339,600,000. If you calculate the numbers after the share buyback. 339,600,000 (OS)/111,598,920 = $3.04/share.

If my math is correct here, we are looking at $3/share after buyback with possible NASDAQ Uplisting soon there after...
