Di Martini used his home address over in Safety Harbor as the corporate address.

Back in 1999 we of FBN used Safety Harbor as the corporate address of Webnode, our April Fool's scam company. One of us rented a P.O. box there.

Your story is very interesting. If my recollection is correct, Manatee County has a very good online clerk's office...
