The deals the former ceo published were not that binding and were not definitive. The market bought into the idea they were going to be completed. Then Justin Dye took over, Andy Williams left, the stock tanked, then Bob DeGabriel left, then MDcl turned into SHWZ and closed on Purplebee’s and Mesa organics, then the deals fell apart, then SHWZ closed on Starbuds and has signed a definitive agreement to buy a large, high quality grow. So SHWZ is looking up, but Justin Dye possibly still has to prove he is able to round up the Colorado market while expanding into other states if people remember the story. But based off people’s reactions of medicine man and Los Sueños being bought it appears the majority of people don’t know the story or what happened. Shwz is still an unknown stock that has to prove itself because the market has shifted to “show me you’re worth investing in.”

But that’s just my opinion of where we are and what has happened.
