Except the Org chart clearly shows that Ameca Mining will be within Ameca holding and not listed on any exchange.

So if Ameca Mining was going to be on the OTC, why doesnt the org chart show that? Why does it show Schatzi listed on the OTC, Ameca Supply on the NYSE but nothing for Ameca Mining?
