Just got back from Phoenix and spent a few hours there. For those that have doubts about the lights being on, they are and are on bright. The mood of those that I met was full of committment and certainly from my perspective on of desire to move forward.
I sat down with Scott and discuseed the concerns that I had and as usual found Scott to be straight forward and direct answering all questions posed without hesitation.
Was shown a demonstration of octipod technology by Michal and was more impressed with it's capability and options than than at the first viewing.
Michal as well is a very competent and dedicated individual with broad knowledge and many contacts.
I as well visited with the developers and can state that they are knowledgable and very dedicated individuals.
There were no constraints placed on questions or people that I could talk to and felt very comfortable with that. We are still awaiting finalization of the financing and when that happens we can move forward should happen. Yes I also talked to PJ and had my questions answerd in full.
Now I understand that this is my view, but it does at least satisfy me that all that can be done under the circumstances will be done.
Here is an opinion that will make some wonder!
Copy protection in my view is not dead.
