On the second share holder call the CFO told us that the audits were half complete. The audits are for 2 years worth of financials. The audits I agree with you take about 3 months.

They said they were filing for OTCQB based on the Tweet you posted, lets say first week of March 2021, we know that the financial audits were half done by the May 26, 2021, I say this because of what the CFO told in the second conference call, which was on May 26, 2021, which means I am assuming that they still had 1 year of financials to complete, so I am going to give another 1 months for this, which puts us at approximately end of June 2021. Add to this 2 - 4 weeks for uplisting to OTCQB, worst case based on Finra delays/back and forth etc, so we should be uplisted by mid/end of July 2021.

If the above estimate of mine is correct, then what happened today was a short attack, to take the price down maybe for some big investors that want to get in and the MMs and shorts trying to help them get in cheap or something big is in the works and will be revealed soon as
