I agree. To sell now, IMO, is just asking to have your heart ripped out a month from now.

One question I'd have though - why would not being current prevent them from announcing partners in the Apogee car development?

They weren't current, and announced a partnership with Origin for NFT minting, the purchase of NFT Procurement and Global Gaming, and the development of this car.

Why not the partners? What are the regulations preventing that?
