The last 2 years audit needs to get certified by the auditors. Now announced as sometime in the next 6 months. That will allow a Form 10 to get filed as well as the S-1. When that happens, GHS will get involved and invest $4,000,000. Basically everything they touch skyrockets. All of this activity is separate from possible mergers with related companies. But something to keep in mind is that their new name is Venture group, meaning they are looking to acquire companies.
