We need this confirmed but I’ll take the deal if it’s .002/share, especially if we don’t have to wait long to get our money. I don’t want to wait to convert into MSSV shares there are too many unknowns, although yes I’ll be pissed if they are ultimately worth a lot more than this settlement agreement! I guess I could buy them in the open market if it made sense but I’ll need to see what happens with GSCG going forward.

Anyway, this tells me that indeed a lot of family and friends owned LAHO and Dave and Benito had to make it right for them because if it was just us there’s no way we would get almost half back without suing.

I’d like to see what LAHO IR says today and if it’s really .002/share and how long it will take for us to get paid after they receive the 8.2 million in August.
