Fear monger logic: Any day now the feds are gonna pull the indictment against Miller that they just filed. On a case from 2017 to 2019 that they investigated for years. To refile against this CEO. Because some ihub slueth knows more than all the resources of the SEC and DOJ. Cool story.
Or maybe just maybe it's as simple as, after 2 years, they have nothing on this CEO and any spurious connection to buying M€DH off Miller was completely legal as detailed in the filings. Imagine that.
