If you click below the picture you see that George Tweeted NOTHING! "A Plan is Forming" is the title of the YouTube video with "I will start imitating this scene at inappropriate times" the only comment by HydratedPizza, the person who uploaded the video. It now has 1,142 views since it was uploaded on Mar. 8, 2017.
I can't see RETC fighting George for nothing and their attorney didn't file whatever it was they just filed for nothing either. Perhaps they had to file that before they file to get current?
Anyhow, and not that I know what the judge said at the hearing, but if RETC is TRYING to get current methinks that would go a long way in helping them. If not, George has to REFILE a motion, it's not gonna be his automatically.l (Oh, the date set by the SEC to get current is September 28 and might also matter).
But one thing of interest (to me anyway) is that I read how RETC said they had a lot more employees then they actually had in order to get some Covid money. If that's true that might screw EVERYTHING up for them.
