They had an update on twitter saying it was granted and contested, the new officers are the old management so that can not be good. We will see how the market reacts.

Sounds like old management/note holders want to capitalize on the price increase, hopefully the judge tells them to kick rocks. But imo this shell is not worth fighting for and they will not fight the old management. But thats my opinion based on assumption and we will see what happens. I hold a position here so I hope it does well.
