Please correct me if I'm wrong. It's my belief that Annihilyzer installations in hospitals are leases where they're paying several thousands a month, but I don't believe they pay by the gallon of HOCL they generate. I believe the lease include everything but the chemicals they're using and the power to operate it.

Like most leases, I believe there is a substantial down payment, but it's not large enough to manufacture all the equipment they're receiving. Over the course of the lease they should be paid back all costs and make a substantial profit on the equipment provided.
