BUT if you are honest and have done nothing illegal--you would hope when FACTS are presented to a judge you would be innocent?? Isn't that basis of our system--innocent until PROVEN guilty??

when a SLC (special litigation comm. is put together by the defendant (cydy) and that SLC when looking at all the evidence/facts from BOTH sides

you would hope that your own SLC would give you/the defendant/cydy the benefit of the doubt and NOT find in the plaintiffs' favor

so then after the SLC finding--the judge looks at the evidence and SLC recommendation and still talks about the level of theft by the defendant
realizes that it is the SECOND TIME for "UNJUST ENRICHMENT"

NO ONE CAN DEFEND THIS BEHAVIOR, not even painting it as some picture painted by some attorney
