They increased the shares of unrestricted by 10 million shares / NOT DOLLARS. Share price was roughly $.05 x 10,000,000 (50k worth of stock). Definitely not a 5 million dollar loan. To me it's done a lot in the OTC. Unrestricted shares can be traded right away. Could have been used for multiple things. A lot of people think it was to pay off someone. A lot of people have speculated that is where the SHARE dumping has come from lately into the Bid. JMO, I think it's finished. JMHO, but its not a 5 million dollar loan.
