Where does the hundreds of millions of capital to give to GQcapital to fund the GQgroup? This is like a bank and lender and real estate all in one.... the piece I don't see is where the capital for Capital? Hines? Does GQg move their assets to GQC? Either way there has be hundreds of millions or billions coming from somewhere? Are assets being re allocated to the Capital? We could see a sling shot here.
