Broke as hell - do some math w me...

Assumptions...

You own 4000 $TRCH @ $8.1. $32,400 invested.

Assume $TRCH currently at $5.

Sell 4000 $TRCH @ $5, forgo the undisclosed future div. You net $20,000.

Buy $MMATF @ $10, net out 2000 shares.

You will get 3.6 x your 2000 shares upon close of deal. So 7200 shares.

If TRCH stayed at $5, your shares are worth $36,000. So despite a huge SP decline in $TRCH, you came out ahead $3,600. You lost the unknown dividend potential.

Doesn't matter which stock you own, we are all stuck w the eventual $TRCH price. If it squeezes to the moon, TRCH and $MMATF owmers will be at the same price. Everyone participartes in the possibility of a squeeze. At this point what do you consider being more valuable, the potential of the dividend or 3.6X the number of shares? Thoughts?
