Rich's position is very defendable. You have helped twist the facts to your benefit and most people here do not even have 1/2 the story on this. Just like A@P, a little bit of truth taken here or there and editorial commentary can be combined to create any perception.

SeaView is not helping your cause or Rich's either by being silent. BUT SEAVIEW IS HELPING THE COMPANY SUCEED THE BEST WAY THEY CAN BY NOT STOOPING TO THIS LEVEL AND FOCUSING ON THE BUSINESS

I hope they keep this tight lip except to the SEC and a court of law of course.
