I agree that it is very unlikely Casper changes her decision. The best hope here would be for CAFC to remove case from Casper and assign a different Judge. However, that is an unlikely scenario and would probably only come to pass if Casper didn't follow instructions from CAFC on a new hearing.

As far as a plan B, several.posters have indicated that WDDD is working on something. That would be great but I doubt it will be a big splash. If some new development happens - the sooner the better. Otherwise it's a Hail Mary to the CAFC. Flutie pulled it off didn't he?
