“Pink companies will need to update their disclosure to ensure they comply with the requirements and remain publicly quoted.” This does not mean the company will disappear, it just means that OTC will quite quoting it’s stock price, NNRX will still have an obligation to shares holders till they go bankrupted. Only at that point will shares become worthless. NNRX is doing monthly reporting to OTC by updating there outstanding share counts. I do not know what is considered the minimum reporting is for a company that has gone DARK by SEC’s standards are to comply with SEC’s “Rule 15c2-11”, it may be that keeping up with the outstanding share count reporting is enough to satisfy the minimum requirements.
