I did call my TA Amy Merrill yesterday, about 12:30pm EST...... and spoke to her for about 30 minutes. I told AMY that I was going to settle. It was the first time since April 9, 2021 that she finally answered my PHONE CALLS..........

I do want to settle, and I am very "EARS PEAKED" in this possible "WORLD CLASS RENOWNED HIGH-END CAR MAKER" going into ACCR. Am I the only one trying to do DUE DILIGENCE? STOP MESSING WITH PATRICK!!!!

During our June 8th conference....I did get the same "ears peaked" when he told our Circuit Judge that he had signed a $1billion minim Company.....man did my ears peak,,,,,,only ones that heard this were PATRICK, SCOTT SEWICK (XU NEW LAWYER) and the man XU....who I first met via ZOOM on June 8th 2021 at this hearing....and they met in private and told only ONE SIDE of the story to get the TRO....I will make sure to fix all of this on JULY 1st, 2021.....WHO is this HIGH END CAR MAKER?

As soon as they settle, then I would return and send back to her the original medallion stock power. She did tell me that she was "very relieved to have this problem go away....whew she said....I do want to settle."
