I would believe if the last 2 qrts havn't been declining in Revenue. I would believe you if the CEO wasnt even close to his own expectations.

I would believe if they havnt added 197 Million shares to the outstanding share count since the last june.

Sounds good when you type it, But what they report to the SEC. shows things way diffrent.

Once Fins Come out. It will show no more than 500k in Rev and people will do what they been doing for the last year and half. " Focused on the upcoming catalysts for PCTL in 2021"

Once Fins come out. that 10million Dream will be gone, Just like 2020. $ million dream turned into 2.4. Gary cant get right, Plain and simple
