Looking to add some more to a new position I just started yesterday in the 3's.

Almost a 50% discount on a slight delay.

No opposition was present in court so the custodian will eventually be granted. Looks like some game playing to loosen up some shares as there aren't many to go around.

Very Attractive opportunity here for a RM with the Low Authorized and Outstanding share counts.
Alot of companies will fall off the OTC according to the new rules leaving only a handful of reporting companies to possibly reverse merge with.
People want to go public. The new rules will make it a supply and demand issue and companies like this will be prime candidates.
