It is not clear how any of the graphite is monetized inot or how any value is imparted to Schatzi if that is the RTO candidate.

They don't own or mine Seruwilian graphite (owned by Ameca Mining or Lanka), they don't value add the graphite product (Ameca Learn is Graphite Technology R&D Arm), they won't own any of the infrastructure, Rail, Shipping or Mining Equipment (Ameca Infra), They aren't the wholesale or customer development middle man (Ameca Supply).

Any thoughts on what will bring value to Schatzi in that org flow chart of the Ameca Group?
