Yet that management took a product and has proven how valuable it is to the world and that is the only reason the 13D group came together isn't it ?

To try to take control of a molecule the inept management dusted off and proved out.

Not something that the 13D group did, not something the original owner did , but something that was completed by the current management and which continues to be proven out.

Current management will have some indications sold before the 13D group get close to getting their hands on the steering wheel. Maybe the whole company .

Unfortunately that little act will be something that was precipitated by those arrogant 13D investors and it will probably not be sold the the BP that they are in league with.
