I only want the spin off was promised 4 plus years ago. This is an interesting thought what if the cut off date has come and gone all the new buyers wanting and expecting SNTX miss the cut off date. Buzzy needs to really analyze that date. Could be a lot of high priced bagholders of VGID. Only has 50 million shares of SNTX to pass out?
