I agree, you're probably on to something in that train of thought.
I've heard that Texas, Florida and other states are courting those miners whom were dumped by China.
This industry sure is interesting.
I've got a feeling it will bring piles of jingle to those who can handle the bumpy muddy 4 wheeling parts of the road...
