On AESO - Atlantic Energy Solutions, Inc. I am working with Issuer Direct to get everything needed to go current with them so that I can apply to OTC Markets. The records that the previous officer gave me were not complete so Issuer Direct is working with DTCC to try to get everything they need. My attorney in California is working with me to get all the old franchise taxes paid and back to good standing which I anticipate happening this week. I am ready to apply to otc as soon as these two things happen.

The SOS should reflect these changes in the coming weeks and a name and symbol change are being applied for with FINRA.

The application for OTC markets was submitted for RIBS - Southern Concepts Restaurant Group, Inc.

On HAZH - Haz Holdings, Inc. I am working to get it reinstated with the Texas SOS. I am searching for ways to expedite the process as they quoted me up to six weeks. I am also still trying to obtain SH records as Computershare has not yet confirmed if they have them.

For QENC - Queench, Inc. I reached a settlement for $10,000 with the transfer agent. I paid this morning, and I am awaiting the shareholder documents which they said they would send today.

Last week the Delaware court advisor Mark Gentile posted a letter to the courts in which he stated he was waiting on the SEC to provide a response to him and didn’t have a timeframe in which they would do so. I have been using resources to try to track down last listed officers in an attempt at a different approach. If anyone would like to help I could use any assistance you can provide. The goal would be to bring old officers/directors to the negotiating table similarly to what I was able to accomplish on AESO and RIBS. Let me know if you have questions.

On ALKN - Alkane, Inc. the attorney told me he would have documents for me to get notarized today so that they can re-file the case.
