Totally agree with you. I worked for the government for 20 years at the state level and trust me they don’t hire the sharpest tool in the toolbox. In a lot of cases if you have a pulse, pass drug test and no criminal record your hired. They certainly don’t hire on intelligence basis. Plus they are slow as crap in getting things done.
