Uhhhh but they did provide CC on two other platforms and one platform it just takes longer. All their other videos on Youtube have CC. They just take time to process on longer videos like the Google/YouTube support page said. Again, they met their legal obligations. And, again, sounds odd that today of all days when they go current you choose to file complaint. Everything is looking up and you go after the company we are all invested in for years after waiting all this time? Because you didnt get CC on the platform YOU wanted when YOU wanted it? Just go to the other platforms then! Like I said, you are either having a bad day or you have been waiting for this because of some chip you have on your shoulder or worse.

You might want to think this through because there are lot of shareholders invested long on this ticker and we have been waiting on our returns. If your law suit holds up a Form S1 because of SEC disclosure requirements you will have hundreds if not thousands of pissed off shareholders suing you for lost profits instead. Not to mention the potential of the company filing a counter suit because of losses they incurred which from a pps perspective could be huge loss for you. That doesnt even take into consideration any criminals charges if theres a pattern of doing this intentionally. CEO doesnt seem like the type to take any BS with his company well.
