No guarantee it was.....the agreement did provide them with an out if the market cap was below 16M on any day.....because no S-1 has been filed, it’s possible that the deal doesn’t happen. Or, more likely, it is renegotiated for a lower price as others have pointed out. Triton could still pay .014 if they believe in the long term here but I’m sure they’d push for less.

My big concern as others have said is that we’ve essentially seen no forward progress on Soundstr. Deployment is months past expectations. A lot of what has been said is regurgitated from past PRs. Zach seems to be putting his energy into the restaurants.....which sort of bothers me. It isn’t like we have much of a stake. 4.99% is low. If it were 20%, great. I think he ought increase the stake for $VNUE.

Also, there are clearly issues with uplisting.

Definitely disappointed on many fronts.
