I also believe they intended to keep diluting this from .007. Then they made a serious error with that S-1 filing, which IMO, they never wanted released. It dropped the price 50% from .003. They could have gotten a lot more out of this with less shares without that filing. Till the CEO speaks up no more than a dead cat bounce at best.

CBD retail is dead. Find something better. JMHO.
