Find out source of fake merger rumor and report them. If I purchased this tiny little website company who only lists boats on the internet for $1,$2 or $3 a share I would be very upset at whoever started the false rumor. I think i would go back to try to find them and report these people to sec or otc compliance because they really stole your money. That actually would be the right thing to do.

Another thought is if you look at this company, (for the sake of this example I will call it a company even though it really doesnt own anything and just exists on the internet) there is only one guy who is spending alot of shareholder money going to boat shows and buying dinners on company expense account. Maybe he likes this life style and wants to keep it going. Do you think he would ask a friend to do some internet hype on the blogs, tweet, etc to make it look like something is happening? Does anyone think a guy who has been in the boat sales business for 25 years and can ONLY sell $2mil in revenue is all of a sudden going to make something big happen??? He has shown himself NOT capable. Look at the "Shareholder Update" that showed who he is and what is happening > Nothing. But is he capable of creating some internet hype to boost a stock price so he can sell millions of shares to keep the company going???

So who is hyping this stock and who should be investigated??

Your fair value for a website that generates $2.4mil in revenue and loses money is NOTHING and that is where this stock price was before the fake rumors were put on this board and other stock blogs.
