They obviously have it turned on or else it wouldnt be there correct? Or, are you suggesting that they are intentionally delaying the turning on of CC on all company videos in some specifically targeted agenda to cost the hearing impaired community returns on their stock purchase? Why, because the CEO hates that specific community for some obscure reason? I get being frustrated, but filing complaints and suing? I would think your time would be better served elsewhwere and your community might be better served focusing on actual discrimination. JMO, but hey thats our society right? sue everyone!!!!

By the way the company has like 3K shareholders (more than most OTC pink companies) and the YouTube videos get like 200 views on average I think. I SERIOUSLY doubt the pps is significantly effected by any single YouTube video.

Maybe CEO should just stop doing videos all together and just do press releases like before. This way they dont cost the company money on frivolous law suits.
