There is NO SEC June 30 deadline. That is an arbitrary "deadline" that has been promulgated by the OTC Markets Group. The SEC has nothing to do with this so-called deadline (at least as far as I can tell).

I've been calling this June 30 marker a "soft" deadline, in contrast with the SEC "hard" deadline of Sept. 28, which is a legally enforceable Rule.
