Sure do! Epidemiological Solutions Corporation is a shell corporation still awaiting 501(c)(3) approval as a charitable organization. It was formed in April 2021 no doubt by Goulding and company. Not having IRS blessing as a 501(c)(3) is pretty pointless as they can start accepting donations the moment they form and file with the IRS while awaiting approval from the IRS. Note this says the first payment would occur on or around August 31, 2021 which means nothing has been doled out to date.
