I totally agree. But you biowin has been saying our shares are merging with the spac and they are closing the transaction in 3 days with no announcement regarding a share purchase or 1:1 split. That would be very important information for shareholders to vote on. This is why I said weeks ago there is no way for that to happen. Just saying it’s more official.
