I said I would confirm and I am.
Trademark fits all the parameters of my posts.
So Yes.
He is rather good at trademarks.

Now what does it mean?

A. It means he spent a very modest outlay of shareholders cash on some exclusive labelling rights for a product where there is as yet still no verifiable proof of actual existence (in any meaningful sense... I am not talking about a couple of dozen rebadged/repurposed glucose meters!), let alone verifiable evidence of any useful diagnostic efficacy!.


It DOES NOT answer the question of WHETHER he did this because he has such a product, or whether he did this to create the illusion of having such a product! in order to convince those self same shareholders (and others) to invest or continue to invest in a blatant scam.

There is an overwhelming body of evidence which strongly suggests the latter, however!
