I did a quick internet search recently at the CAFC judges that tend to lean for or against patent holders. The more knowledgeable legal eagles on this board can chime in with their thoughts and if they know anything about the judges I have in the " dont know" category. By all means if you think I ma wrong about any of these judges than speak up!!!

The CAFC challenge in the real party of interest against Bungie was O'Malley, Prost, and Taranto, but that was a different issue than 101.
