The HIV BLA is now delayed until October after we were told it would be submitted in July now that Dr. R is on it.

To think someone or some team can come and just pick up from where the last team left off without adding any additional delays, is asinine. To also think Recknor could have juggled the LH trial with his new team in place and sorting out whatever mess Rahman and Amarex and whoever worked on the mess of the submission, is naive.

Obviously not a part of 13D nor am I pro or against what they have to say (well, they need to say something first). Like the BLA submission, this should have been done before. All, IMO.
